Laurens County Library offering new program after school for students

Sometimes life needs a reset button.

That is exactly what the Youth Services team at the Laurens library is doing – at least for the teen program that was canceled on July 19.

If you are age 12-18 and looking for something to do as summer is winding down, then come to the Laurens library on Aug. 9 at 11:30 a.m. to play video and board games and enjoy pizza and soda.

This program is the final activity of summer reading and is free and open to the public. Come take advantage of this last opportunity to fill your Bingo card and have your reading log checked.

Adults may observe but must be accompanied by a teen. The Laurens County Library is happy to offer a welcoming environment to teens and encourage all to visit the library for special events as well as for general usage.
