M. S. Bailey Child Development Center is the home to Laurens School District 56 4K students. Teachers are state certified educators with an an average of 15 years’ experience.

M. S. Bailey CDC has been designated by the S.C. State Department of Education as a model literacy site for early learners. Its purpose is to serve students and families during these early years of schooling.

In preparation for next year, all parents or guardians of prospective 4K students for the 2019-2020 school year, living within the District 56 attendance zone, are invited to attend an informational meeting and tour of M.S. Bailey Child Development Center, on Friday, Dec. 14 at 9 a.m.

Mrs. Carol Anne Barnes, CDC Director, will answer all questions. During this time, biscuits and coffee will be served. Following the meeting, a tour of the building and classroom visits will be offered.
