In their first match on the road this season, the Laurens High School golf team did not fair well at the Outback Tournament at Woodside Plantation in Aiken on Monday. Laurens shot a 340 at the tournament that was won by Blythewood High School.
Caleb Sturgeon led the Raiders with a 79, followed by Ryan Wright 79, Neal Todd 85, Justin Thomason 95 and Michale Meetze 114.
Next up for the Raiders will be a dual match at Greenwood Country Club on Thursday.
