Catie Rawl crowned Miss Greenville County

After competing in the Miss Greenville County Pageant on Saturday evening, Catie Rawl was crowned the victor and will be competing for the title of Miss South Carolina.

Rawl proved herself worthy of the crown after competing in swimsuit, talent, evening gown, on-stage question, and interview events. She showed the judges how talented she is vocally by performing "How Great Thou Art".

Rawl is the daughter of James and Alison Rawl and graduated from Laurens District 55 High in 2017. After graduating, Rawl began pursuing her nursing degree at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and looks to continue on to earn her Masters Degree at the USC School of Medicine after she graduates in 2021.

She is currently competing on the platform of "Different Not Less" which promotes the awareness of Autism. Under the title of Miss Greenville County, Rawl will have the opportunity to compete for the title of Miss South Carolina in Columbia in June.
