Betty Anderson Hurley, 68, of 2279 Ekom Beach Road, and wife of the late Edward Junior “Eddie” Hurley passed away on Friday, February 1, 2018, at her home.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow Manning and Mary Elizabeth Richardson Anderson. Betty retired from Jostens and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Ware Shoals.

Surviving are her children: Sharon Cobb (Bill) of Ware Shoals, Bill Willard (Rachel) of Ware Shoals, Beth Greene of Greenville, James Hurley of Clinton, Jancie Price of Laurens, and Lamar Hurley (Tina) of Laurens; sisters, Lillian Dean (Sonny) of Ware Shoals, Gayle Smith (Mabry) of Due West, and Carol Fenn of Honea Path; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, conducted by Rev. Preston Foxworth.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
