Kay Hatton King, age 72, of 112 York Street, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at the Hospice House of Laurens County.

She was born in Clinton and was a daughter of the late Johnny Mac Hatton and Dorothy Adair Hatton.

Mrs. King was retired from Clinton-Newberry Natural Gas Authority with over 40 years of service and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie King of the home; daughter, Adair King of Clinton; sister, Kathy Foster (Barry) of Union; grandsons, Austin and Ayden; and great grandchild Avery.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, July 13, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Clinton. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
