Timothy Austin Sondles, 17, of 105 Owing St., and husband of Alexa Fracasso Sondles, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Michael Sondles and wife Candace of Ft. Gordon, Ga., and Melissa Whitfield Brewington and husband Lance of Cross Hill. A 2019 graduate of Ware Shoals High School, Timothy was employed by Case Roofing. He was a hard worker who loved his wife and adored his daughter. An avid fisherman, he loved life and everyone he knew.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by: a daughter, Layla Sondles of the home; brothers, Steven Avery of Cross Hill and David Sondles of Ft. Gordon, Ga.; step brothers, Joey Brewington of Clinton, Trevor Blomquist and Dylan Blomquist, both of Cross Hill; sisters, Paige Crain and Katelyn Sondles of Cross Hill and Mikayla Sondles of Ft. Gordon, Ga; a step sister, Alexis Brewington of Clinton; maternal grandparents, Timothy and Pamela Wagner of Ware Shoals; step grandmother, Kathy Brewington of Clinton; step great grandfather, Curtis Bledsoe of Clinton; father-in-law, Albert Fracasso of Southington, Conn.; mother-in-law, Loretta McLeod of Bamberg; nieces, Ava Burnette and Elizabeth Sondles; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by a maternal great grandfather, William A. Lindley and a maternal great grandmother, Toni Strickland.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 12, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel, conducted by Dr. Marcus Bishop and Rev. Tommy Wooten, with burial in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
The family will be at the home of his grandparents, 4172 Poplar Springs Rd., Ware Shoals, and will receive friends at The Kennedy Mortuary from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday October 11, 2019.
